Sport specific S&C

Whether you are an athlete or a fitness enthusiast, my sport-specific performance and conditioning program can help you take your training to the next level. I will design a program that is specific to your sport or activity, and that targets the areas that need improvement. You will see results in your strength, speed, agility, and endurance.


My strongman training program is designed for those who want to build strength and power through traditional strongman exercises such as tire flips, log presses, and atlas stones. I will teach you proper technique, and provide you with the support and motivation you need to push yourself to the limit.


If you are recovering from an injury, I can help you regain your strength, mobility, and confidence. I will work with you to design a safe and effective exercise program that meets your specific needs and helps you recover faster.

We start the process with a detailed questionnaire and body composition and kinetic chain movement analyses. This helps me get to know more about you and gives us a ‘day 1’ snapshot of where you’re starting.


I will design a periodized training plan according to your fitness goals and/or a specific sport, monitoring your results along the way and ensuring each session takes you closer to success and keeps you healthy and injury-free.
