My story

I’ve spent the past 17 years of my life dedicated to studying and mastering the art of fitness and massage therapy. I received my education in the Advanced Personal Training program at the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences and I’m proud to say that I’m a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist.


I’ve trained and performed clinical bodywork in many private centers, residential and hotel fitness centers in New York City, and even in Ouagadougou, the capital city of Burkina Faso in Sub-Saharan West Africa. And now, I’m living my best life in beautiful Phuket, Thailand with my lovely wife Amber and our son Jacoby.

So, what sets me apart from other trainers and therapists? Well, my style of exercise programming is unique because it’s based on a deep understanding of the science of the body. I break down the complexities of overall fitness and coaching into simple, effective strategies that have proven results. And I’m passionate about distinguishing between healthy training regiments and training fiction, because I believe that everyone deserves the best possible care for their body.
