We start with a basic movement assessment performed in the dynamic and active warm-up (15-20 mins)
Resistance training featuring free weights (i.e. barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands), and interval cardio (35-40 mins)
Finish strong with a 5-10 minute stretching and cool down session. Your body will thank you for it later!
The Bezerkr Lift group classes run from Monday through to Saturday from 09:15am – 10:15am with Sunday allocated as a rest day so you can enjoy all that the beautiful island of Phuket has to offer.
I advise you to attend class at least 3 times a week to get the most out of the programming, although many of my clients encorporate this fun and energetic class into their daily routines.
